FAQs
Do you take commissions?
Yes, I do take commissions, but I only accept a small number at a time and limit them to subjects I specialize in. I do not take commissions outside of my preferred themes, but I would be happy to refer you to another artist if I know someone who can help.
How should I contact you for a commission?
You can contact me directly via email, which is listed at the bottom of every page on my site or on the "Contact" page. Please provide as many details as possible when reaching out for a commission. It helps if you include your budget, whether you prefer a hoop or frame, the subject matter, and the size of the piece.
How long do commissions take?
Since I only accept a few commissions at a time and often have my slots closed, it can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months to complete a commission. If the piece is more complicated or requires special materials, the time may increase depending on how long it takes for materials to arrive. The timeline also depends on how many other projects I have at the same time.
How long does it take to ship my order?
I strive to ship as quickly as possible, but please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped before contacting me. If you don’t receive an update after 2 weeks, feel free to check in with me. I typically ship via First Class to provide free shipping for all my U.S. buyers. If you’d like expedited shipping, you can upgrade through the "Upgrade Shipping" listing in my shop.
Do you have a physical store?
I do not have a physical store, but I plan to vend at events in Northern and Southern California, where my items will be available in person.
