Meet the Artist

My name is Taylor Marie, and I am based in San Jose, CA. I have over 15 years of experience creating art in many different mediums. I graduated from San Jose State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and have developed my skills over half of my lifetime. When I am not creating, I enjoy doing clown makeup and creating cosplays.

My art focuses on things that bring joy to myself and others. It ranges from highly conceptual to just plain wacky, because we all need a little bit of silliness in our lives.

My main medium is embroidery, mixed with painting, appliqués, and 3D elements. I also enjoy creating moving and functional art to truly make my work stand out. Each piece is one of a kind, and I do not usually repeat designs, so everyone can be assured they have something nobody else does. The small number of repeatable designs I do have all have their own variations, so no two are exactly the same. I hope to bring more of my art into homes across the world.
